Pepper Tree Frosty

Review: I went to Peppertree Frosty to purchase an ice cream cone. They would not accept a debit card payment, stating a $3 minimum purchase. Then, when I handed them cash, said they couldn't take it claiming the bill was too large even though they had capability to make change from another drawer. It was a $50 bill. Further, there is neither signage stating a $3 minimum order for debit cards nor a cash bill maximum less than $50. It felt they discriminated against me. Why is my money not any good here?Desired Settlement: I want to know why my money is not any good at Peppertree Frosty.
