Pepper Hair Haus

I purchased 150g of 18 inch hair, but only ever saw the 100g piece installed. I spoke with the owner ***, and she agreed to let me pay extra to have the hair weighed at my next appointment. The stylist took the hair to another room, reappeared with a scale, and made reference to “dropping a piece” for the discrepancy. I did not trust the ethics of the salon. The hair then had breakage issues. I no longer had hair that was 18 inches either. I was informed that the stylist was no longer employed by the salon. I asked for the owners contact info again to discuss the shorter hair, the receptionist told me to email instead. The owner did not reply, and the receptionist responded saying they agree, the hair is not holding up, and the manufacturer would replace it, and the shipment will be available in March. I responded to that email again addressing “Attention ***” (owner), by asking if salon would cover the cost of the new hair install, as the manufacturer was replacing the hair. I did not see any point in paying to have the current hair maintained if it was going to be cut out soon, unless they were covering the cost of the installation in which case I would pay to maintain the current hair. *** did not respond. I followed up, the receptionist spoke for the owner and said they would cover it, then called back to say she changed her mind, referenced who was and was not going to make current commission from me, and how the salon did not want to cover the first stylists mistakes as she does not work there anymore, and that person made the initial commission from me. I ended the conversation and asked for immediate contact from the owner, who still have not heard from. Poor ethics, poor customer service, poor quality product, and poor taste to discuss the commission and not take responsibility for the stylist no longer employed. Why is the owner not managing? The situation was almost resolved, and is now completely out of hand.
