It has now been 21 days and no refund has been issued. Was told on 3/31 it would be 5-7 days.
A concert I had purchased tickets for (***) in *** got cancelled due to Covid19. Pepper posted on their *** page on 3/31 with the cancellation announcement that refunds would be issued within 5-7 days.
It has now been 21 days and still no refund. Everytime I communicate with them, they blame their exceptionally slow response times on the virus when in actuality, that should speed things up for their line of work since there are not currently any concerts happening. The venue where this is taking place seats 1400 people and was not sold out at the time of cancellation. There is no reason this should be such a time consuming process. I have issued people refunds to their credit cards and it takes no more than 30 seconds per transaction.
I recently received another email just last night from Pepper that refunds would be "determined". This is terrible business practice!!

Regardless of what Mr. said, no refund has been issued nor has the business contacted me to explain the extreme delay in why this took so long in the first place. I will be happy to provide credit card or telephone records to the Revdex.com to show neither of which has happened between 3/31 when the company said they would start refunding people and today, 4/28 when I still have yet to receive anything.
We have reached out and contacted the customer directly via phone and as a courtesy, we have enrolled the customer into our concert club membership program (Rising Star tier) , as well as, got with our ticketing partner to manually request the customers full refund and expedite the process.
