Pepi's Pizza

My girlfriend call to place an order for delivery. The lady taking the order was very rude and tried talking over my girlfriend. Made it very difficult to get the order in. As out food arrived, we ordered a 8 piece chicken bucket and jumbo shrimp. Instead we got 7 pieces of chicken and coconut shrimp. My girlfriend attempted to call Pepi's and complain to a Manager and again the lady taking orders at first got an attitude refused for us to speak with a manager. Finally after a 5 minute debate, the manager gets on the phone as says to my girlfriend you're lying and hangs up on her. I tried for a half hour calling back and they refused to answer the phone. I am very dissatisfied with the disrespect and unprofessionalism that shown to us. besides isn't the customer always right? Need less to say, I will voice a strong opinion to everyone I know, not to ever eat or order from there EVER. I am more than upset and how we were treated as customers. Thank you for your time and cooperation as I hope this will help and try to get Pepi's to reevaluate the Business techniques.
