To whom it may concern,
The costumer came to the shop to fix some problems the car had which was the breaks and caliper. I did not damage anything on his car, the parts were already damaged. The caliper did not work and told him that he had to by that part and had to pay me for that job...
because that is a separate job. Then he told me he don't have money and told him to just buy it and won't charge him to put the part on. He never bought it or came back. After a week he came back and I had a job to do at that moment, he wanted me to do right away and leave the other job that was doing in a car. Furthermore, I told him to come back at 3:00 pm and he gave me an attitude in front of my clients and told me "I want it done now!" and told him sorry but cannot at the moment if you want to wait until I'm done with his customer can fix it, then he left and never came back again. I never denied him to do the work on his car, if anything I was not going to charge him to put the caliper on. He just wanted it his way when had other customers first than him. Ultimately, cannot refund him the $60.00 back because that was the first job I did on his car which I put the pads and rollers on to repair his breaks. Those are two separate jobs which I charged him for the first one ($60.00 for put breaks on with pads and rollers) and did not charge him for the second one (caliper).Sincerely,Arturo R
