roomOur installer sent in pictures to show there was mold inside the roomThere is no roof leak at this timePeoria Siding contacted *** Home Solutions XXX-XXX-XXXX to contact Mrs*** and set an appointment to deal with the moldI have attached a copy of the report from the Home Solutions that states mold was caused by high levels of moisture due to improper ventilation, lack of vapor barrier, & improper water drainage of the ground around the homeWe have also had several conversations with homeowner about purchasing a dehumidifier or adding more duct work in the roomIllinois Home Solutions has been to the home and removed all the mold & cleaned the air ductsIf there is more mold the homeowner has not followed the advice given to her by Illinois Home Solutions and Peoria SidingThe door handle has a ten year warranty and can be replacedThe windows and the hardware need to be cleaned and maintained so they work properlyThomas went over the regular cleaning to keep the components workingFour Seasons warranty also states condensation on the product may occur as the natural result of humidity inside or outside the house area and changes in the interior/exterior temperature, and does not indicate a defect in the productThe ***'s need to fix the humidity problem to stop the mold growthI also contacted Illinois Home Solutions and they have not heard from the ***'s since they removed the moldThe only issue we would take care of is the door handle

So I want to be clear that the roof is NOT covered under the warranty? I am asking because it is currently leakingI was told in April that the company had no record of replacing my roof twice, however, he stated that if I "take a video of it dripping" and send it to him, he'll take care of itWell, we are getting two inches of rain this weekendI now have my son closing this room off from the rest of my home because I can't use it

until we receive heavy rain we cannot totally say the problem is fixed however with the lite rain we have reciedved it appears to have fixed the problem on the porchcaulking rotten windows was not verified by me however they did caulk and nail loose flashing and redo a leak area on the north side of house
