complaint but I was waiting for information from the member.  The member responded to our email on Friday, February 26th.  The member filed a dispute with the credit reporting agencies and we responded to his dispute on Feb 29th.  We will continue to communicate with the member and do what we can to assist the member.  Please acknowledge receipt of this email.  It would be greatly appreciated.   Regards, Cynthia F.
