Metroplex Foundation Repair did an excellent job on the front 2/of my house and the left side I was pleased and recommended them to friends and family Not any more The spring of I needed their help again with a totally different part of the house I got the biggest run- around ever George would not return most of my calls He did finally call and set up what was to be one of four different appointments - all were no-shows At that time I was in the nursing home/rehab center due to two broken ankles, Each time I had to get a friend to leave a key in a specific location for George to come Never did he bother to come or call Several days would elapse and I would try, usually unsuccessfully, to reach himNumerous excuses were given If he does not want the business, then say so After two months, I gave up and found another company who appreciated my business Being away from my home and needing help is rough enough, but add to it someone who avoided my calls and when pinned down gave one excuse after another, makes me wonder why MFR bothers to take out a full-page ad
Metroplex Foundation Repair completed work on my home February 12, 2016.\r\nWhen Eric, the sales manager, came to my home on February to do an inspection, he told me that I needed exterior piers and interior piers days later, the crew came to do the work When they got ready to lift the house, it was determined that more interior piers needed to be installed They came back on February to finish the job They arrived at 8:20AM and worked hard all morning They took a break for lunch and after a while, two of the men came in and said that the rest of the crew had gone to complete some quick jobs and would be back soonThe two remaining men started doing some cleanup work hours later, the rest of the crew had not returned I called the sales manager and left a message expressing my frustrations Finally the crew returned I told David, the crew leader that I had called the sales manager to complain and he said that yes, he had received a call to let him know about it I told David that I did not think it was good customer service to go off without even letting me know what they were going to doI do not understand why they could not have finished my job and then gone to complete the others David said that his crew wasn\'t making enough money only doing my job and that he was trying to take care of them The foundation work was fine, I just feel like the scheduling and customer service issues on the part of the crew were severely lacking I was able to talk David into giving me a small discount to compensate for the delay in getting the work done Due to these issues, I would not recommend Metroplex Foundation Repair to anyone
Though it took a long time (4months) and several calls to get someone out here to fix my house, I am really happy with the work done by this companies crew I would still recommend this foundation company and am going to have them return in the future for more work on my homeThey have honored the lifetime warranty and for that I am gratefulThe crew was very efficient and even cleaned up after themselvesThe guy running the repair crew communicated the issues with me and told me what other work I would need done in the future and for that I am grateful
Metroplex Foundation Repair did an excellent job on the front 2/3 of my house and the left side. I was pleased and recommended them to friends and family. Not any more.
The spring of 2015 I needed their help again with a totally different part of the house. I got the biggest run- around ever. George would not return most of my calls. He did finally call and set up what was to be one of four different appointments - all were no-shows. At that time I was in the nursing home/rehab center due to two broken ankles, Each time I had to get a friend to leave a key in a specific location for George to come. Never did he bother to come or call. Several days would elapse and I would try, usually unsuccessfully, to reach him. Numerous excuses were given. If he does not want the business, then say so. After two months, I gave up and found another company who appreciated my business. Being away from my home and needing help is rough enough, but add to it someone who avoided my calls and when pinned down gave one excuse after another, makes me wonder why MFR bothers to take out a full-page ad.
