warranty. Please keep in mind that your used vehicle warranty for 3 months/4500 miles is not bumper to bumper per the warranty agreement you signed and have a copy of. You are more than welcome to bring your vehicle to the shop and we can review your complaints with the owner of the shop and myself.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  PCA mentioned the need of repairing the vehicle becfore I test drove the honda, they were already planing on getting the car to pass inspection before I came along. I left a deposit with the sales person to hold the vehicle which I have done before and recieved my deposit back. I did not cause PCA to miss a sale on the vehicle because its still availabe and due to them stating that they use my deposit to fix the vehicle the price for the vihicle dis not change. I should not be responsible for fixing a car that is not mine or fixing a car before I purchase it. A car has to pass inspection before it can be sold and that should not be at the cost of a potential buyer. I would appreciate my deposit back from PCA, I tried calling and emailing and never recieved a response from PCA until Revdex.com stepped in and assisted.   Regards, [redacted]
