I was Given a Prepaid Visa Credit card issued by this bank, I didn't try to activate it for about a year, when I did try to activate it the "system was down", they said I could "try to activate it over the phone" now, almost months later, their internet is back up but they have taken months service charges off the card and they do not reply to inquiries regarding this
I feel this is almost *** as you cannot use the card prior to activating it, you can't activate it, and then they take the "service charges off while you are unable to use it

My Titanium account was canceled and nobody gave me any warning and I have not been told why it was canceled

This is the WORST company ever! We have sent them a letter from my lawyer and are now in the process of sending the Government of Canada information - for a thorough examinationI have issued a complaint with the Revdex.com
How can anyone put money on card, use up that money (at which point there should not be anything left on the card) BUT still be told that there is a balance on the card? This company owes me money and WILL NOT reimburse me

I held a Titanium Plus Prepaid *** issued by Peoples Trust, and the account was closed with no reason given back on Feb 7thI was told that I would receive a cheque within daysOnce the days passed, I called back and was told 6-weeksIt has now been weeks since the account was shut down and I am still without my moneyI have sent emails and left messages, with no luckThis is getting absolutely ridiculous and I just want my money back

I opened an account with People's Trust via MoneyMart to use a *** cardWithin a week of getting the card and after making one withdrawal of funds I'd loaded onto it, the card was cancelled and no communication was made to meI had to call in to find out that my account was cancelled due to breaching terms & conditions, but they would not share with me what specifically I had done wrong
I have several hundred dollars that was loaded onto this account that I have no access to and have been told it will be at least weeks until I receive my funds, which is utterly unacceptableI also spent funds opening this card and upgrading to a premium account, for which I no longer have accessI have had no response from their customer complaints department after submitting a request a week ago

My daughter and I went into the *** convenience store *** early January of to reload a Prepaid ***Card with $The cashier put it through and we received a receipt saying it had been completedWhen we attempted to load the balance online, it said there were no funds availableWe called the number on the back of the card and they told us to go back ***We went back *** twice and they told us there was nothing they could do as the transaction went through and the money has gone to the trust companyWhen we phoned the trust company again, they told us we had to talk ***At*** even the manager tried phoning the number on the back of the card and was told we had to go online and request a refundWhen we try to do this it does not workWe tried phoning the *** head office *** and the one in Texas and they tell us there is nothing they can do because the trust company has the moneyWe have asked a lawyer to contact the comp

I closed my secured card account over months agoI called several times requesting my refund/security deposit backEvery time I had the same lengthy scripted responseAnd kept getting bounced from one rep to another, and from one dept to another just to push me to give up on tryingEvery time I call, I have to explain everything againI was given numerous promises that someone will "investigate" and get back to me in few daysIt has been several months and the struggles is real and dreadful

I received $*** *** Card in *** and registered the card, and did not use it until *** as it has an expiry date of ***Upon presenting the card In the store, It was declined, and a telephone call to *** customer service, I was told the card had already been used times in Niagara Falls and had a remaining balance of $***I denied using it and finally was told by CusServthat a customer statement of disputed transaction would have to be filled out times and faxedI went on-line, retrieved the forms, printed the forms, completed the forms, signed the forms, faxed the forms on ***I called to confirm that the forms were received on *** which I was told forms were receivedi was then told a replacement card would be sent out with the amount of the original cardI received a *** card, went to the store to make my purchase and was denied the purchase because the card had only remaining on the cardI called *** CustSer
