Peoples Choice Auto has a signed purchase contract for a Honda Accord with a $deposit from this customer. PCA will NOT accept a deposit for any vehicle unless the customer has made a decision to purchase the vehicle. PCA agreed to prepare the car for delivery as requested
by the customer and incurred cost in doing so, which were in excess of the deposit. The terms on the contract clearly states that the deposit may be retained to offset damages if the customer refuses to complete the purchase

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. PCA mentioned the need of repairing the vehicle becfore I test drove the honda, they were already planing on getting the car to pass inspection before I came alongI left a deposit with the sales person to hold the vehicle which I have done before and recieved my deposit backI did not cause PCA to miss a sale on the vehicle because its still availabe and due to them stating that they use my deposit to fix the vehicle the price for the vihicle dis not changeI should not be responsible for fixing a car that is not mine or fixing a car before I purchase itA car has to pass inspection before it can be sold and that should not be at the cost of a potential buyerI would appreciate my deposit back from PCA, I tried calling and emailing and never recieved a response from PCA until Revdex.com stepped in and assisted.
