Technician (SAM) really fixed my computer. It was in a horrible state of disrepair. He tried several avenues of "recovery", etc. to get my computer working again. After a three day repair attempt he finally got my computer "back in shape". Without the help of Sam, I don't know what I would have done. Sam should be acknowledged for the great job of bringing my computer back to life. I am truly grateful for Sam, and his co-workers who help people like me make life a little better. (a whole lot better).
