Penwa

I'm an avid crafter and have ordered supplies from Penwa for a few years now because their prices are very competitive and they ship quickly. I had an issue with my order that I received today - a couple of markers (out of the 24 individual ones I ordered) were missing. Upon calling the number on my order receipt, a very nice, helpful gentleman explained the situation, offered a few different solutions for me, and in the end, we substituted them for some new items and he's shipping them out tomorrow. I very much appreciate the customer service level shown by this company. It feels rare to encounter this type of interaction nowadays. Highly recommend this site.
