They stole my money. We paid them up front to do our taxes. 2 months of them avoiding our calls and emails. We could not get a refund, because they made us pay up front with an e check so you can't reverse the charges. When they would accidentally answer the phone they would say they are almost done with our taxes, but never actually get them done.
