Pentair LA lost confirmed reception of my Pentair Legend II send for service, never work properly. Upon my inquiry of when can I expect it, 3 months later Pentair advised me that they lost it.
Since then they refused to replace it with the most itic request from me, like my marital status, my children, who's my heirs, now a receipt of where I purchased it, even after I confirmed it was purchased new. Then they offer to replace it with a different model rebuilt. It is now 9 months past and still they have showed no intention to replace what they lost?
The worse service I have seen, and will never purchase anything from Pentair pool and spa . I also contacted the main office all they did was sent me back to this employee twice.. I click 1 star but a no star would be more adequate.
