Penkse Truck Leasing has a requirement that every single one of our trucks being rented has adequate insuranceThe customer never provided an accord form listing Penkse as additional insured & loss payee, and their driver insisted that they always use our insurance for the rentalsWith
our understanding that they are requesting Penske insurance, and no communication stating otherwise with Ruth management they were charged for insurance. Out of good faith we provided the company with a $credit for future rentalsThis is something we did to repair the relationship between the two organizations despite our belief that we followed our policies accuratelyThe issue has been resolved between both parties fairly
