The discovery fee was waived as a courtesy. We have kept her service at the price quoted twice by two administrators. There is no refund to be issued and it's in pre-approval which we told her we cannot control as that is at the discretion of the Plan. At this point, there's nothing
anyone can do but wait until the Plan gives us a response which we will answer and release to the client
