I tried times over the course of one year to get PenServ to rollover my retirement fund (that my employer required) to my personal TRowe Price retirement fund Each time I submitted the paperwork it was either ignored or found to have a vague problem, and therefore funds remained with them For example, twice they refused to rollover the funds because they said that the account number provided "looked funny" I asked them to elaborate and they said the numbers looked funny, to check the number and refile papers Then, they accepted that same number as valid, but just didn't process it Someone then emailed me and told me and apologized it was taking so long, and told me to just reply to the email and he would see that the transaction would be completed Of course nothing happened when I responded Finally, I filed papers to just get a check in the mail so I could deposit the funds to my TRowe price account myself (no rollover) They processed the request, but the check wa
