I was very happy with PNJ until I moved and tried to transfer my delivery service. It seemed like it would be an easy request, but I was wrong. After two months and eight phone calls, I still was not getting a newspaper at my new residence. My second to last call was to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager available but the agent took my info and emailed it to someone higher up. She also said I would get a call back with in 24-72 hours. After 10 days with no reply, I made my final call to cancel my service and request a refund for the prior two months. During my last call, I explained how there was not a manager available during my previous call. She told me there is always a manager available but never offered to have me speak to one! On top of that, she tried to keep me as an online customer for $5 a month! Not good customer service at all. And to think, it's just a newspaper delivery!
