Review: In my office of the [redacted], we issue registration renewals for vehicles. I give each customer a "card holder" (insurance card holder) to keep their registration and insurance forms intact. I have ordered from this company on four different occasions, (in quantities of 1,000). The last order arrived early February, 2013. The quality is horrible. The holders are "wrinkled and bubbled"---look as though they were exposed to extreme heat (?). I have e-mailed and telephoned this company on many occasions attempting to get these replaced. I sent them samples of what I had received. They agreed to replace these during several of my communication attempts, but I still have received nothing. My most recent attempts to contact them are met with silence---no email return, nor return phone call in answer to the messages I have left them.(Box of insurance holders was not put into use until sometime in May and were stored at room temperature. I initially noticed some were wrinkled, but as we worked further down into the box, the items were more wrinkled and bubbled than those on top. I estimate we used 400+ of the inferior/damaged product before I attempted to have them replaced. In the meantime, I have ordered replacements from a different company because of the lack of response from GetPromo.)Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their word---that they guarantee their products and will replace any damaged or defective items.
