First impression of Pens and Needles (both locations) is the waiting rooms are super clean, stylish, and we'll maintained. The front desk staff, in both locations, are extremely helpful and friendly and they don't hesitate to answer any questions no matter how trivial.
The artists are also extremely friendly and helpful, and insanely talented! I had a go to tattoo shop in the Springs but won a gift card to Pens and Needles and it has been added to my go tos. Love this place, love the people.

Love this place. It is very clean and the staff is awesome and professional. My husband and I had work done twice by Broc and we couldn't be happier with his work. The skill level is more than we expected and we'd be lifetime customers if we weren't PCS'ing next month!

Iwent here for my first tattoo and they made me feel a lot more comfortable than other places I visited. Since then I only get my tattoos from here.

I had a wonderful experience at Pens & Needles. Their shop was clean and the staff was friendly. [redacted] listened to my ideas and was able to bring them to life and make them even better. I've been there twice and I plan to go again. I've referred many friends there, all of whom are happy with their work. Great place!

Pens and Needles has a sterile and safe environment without being stuffy. The tattoo I received was full color, and with their after care instructions, the color has remained vibrant and true. This is the best tattoo experience I've had, and I will be going back for further work.
