This customer bought a used car and had no idea of its previous conditionWe did no harm to his vehicle When we informed him that he had an issue with his oil pan that needed to be dealt with he blamed us and then wrote bad reviews on every site imaginableThis should go as a lesson to
people purchasing used vehicles to get it looked at thoroughly and obtain the vehicle maintenance historyWe've been in business for years, we wouldn't be in business this long if this was our standard practiceNo refund will be provided We will not be paying for the replacement of your previously damaged oil pan

I am rejecting this response because: Pennzoil Redmond never informed me of a stripped oil plug until I was there the second time noticing the leaked oil on my drive wayIt will be a different situation had Pennzoil Redmond informed me on my first visit back in Jan and before they changed my oil! They should of stop the service back in Jan if my car had a stripped oil plug! But they didn'tIf no notes were made, oil plug must be good at that time, Pennzoil stripped the plug when they tighten it back on causing oil to leak out! Being in the business for years doesn't mean you are right all the time, writing reviews to your business is my right and what I have experienced with the ownerQuote from Google Review:"*** ***-in the last wedisappointing this place is Back in September , I had my oil changed A couple days later I checked my oil and The dipstick was basically dry I found out that they had failed to tighten the oil filter all the way My car could have ...MoreSo disappointing this place is Back in September , I had my oil changed A couple days later I checked my oil and The dipstick was basically dry I found out that they had failed to tighten the oil filter all the way My car could have died tragically Anyways , weeks ago I figured , hey I'll give them another try So I had a tranny flush and all was seeming to go well until I checked the tranny oil level a couple hours later The guys at penzoil put so much oil in the tranny that it was like all the way up the stick , at least inches past the full marking I took the car back and the guy that happened to be the one who helped with the flush and he was very unapologetic He basically drained some oil out and said here you go . "Response from the ownerin the last weekMr*** my name is George and I'm the owner of the shopThank you for continuing to believein usThe last few months have been somewhat of a trying period as my manager of years left me in a very difficult situation in regards to shop personnelI will be reaching out to you tomorrow in hopes to get the full story and possibly remedy your previous experiences with usI thank you again and would very much like to apologize for the overall poor experience you've mentioned so farI will make it right that much I promise youBest regards, George." Looks like Pennzoil Redmond had a issues of personnel who probably worked on my car and customer are coming back with issues! Pennzoil Redmond needs to be responsible

You are making many assumptions *** and in doing that it does not make you right or aware of what your vehicle's condition wasYou collected a review from another customer and made another assumption? Has it occurred to you that the person who sold you your vehicle was not upfront about its history? The oil that came out was so burnt and so thick that it doesn't seem likely it was cared for very wellI'm sorry you are choosing not to believe us but that is the truth and just because a tech did not leave a memo that you're oil pan had some extended wear on it doesn't mean he is at fault for damaging itYou are being unfair in that you are trying to discredit us so aggressively Yes people make mistakes and when my techs do I jump to make things right (something not many shops do these days)This is a very inexpensive fix when considering vehicle repairs but I will not be bullied into paying for someone else's negligenceI really wish you the best-George

I am rejecting this response because: Not bullying you at all. Not taking any responsibilities when at fault is the problem. Not having notes and notify customer when you see a problem at the time of oil change AND still proceed with your work is a problem.
Sincerely,
