Review: On August 13, 2013 I visited this daycare and spoke with them about enrolling my 5-year-old son for before and after school care. Based on the information I received, I enrolled him and paid a $100 non-refundable fee. It later came to my attention that this arrangement will not work based on the high additional fee I need to pay for my son to ride the bus to and from this daycare. This information was not given to me before I made the decision to enroll him, and I feel I was misled. It was not explained clearly how the bus system worked and who even supplied the service. I wasn't told until after I signed the contract and paid the money that the bus service was a third party and wasn't contracted through the daycare. I don't see how there is any justification in keeping money without providing a service.Desired Settlement: This businees has not provided ANY service for the $100 I paid, nor will they be able to in the future because I cannot afford the bus fee. I was misinformed when entering into this contract and want my money back.

acceptance of this fact. It is not a payment for future services but a

fee to register and hold a spot for their child. This was provided.
