On April 15, 2013, I sent a check in the amount of one hundred and seventy dollars, ($170.00) to Penny Wise 6911 Laurel Bowie Road, Suite 209, Bowie MD 20715, to purchase on TI-NSPIRE Handheld Graphing Math & Science Calculator Priced a $147.99. (See attached copy)

On April 27, 2013, upon receiving the calculator, I was informed by the mail room officer here at [redacted] State Prison that they no longer allowed that type of Calculator. (See attached copy)

On 05/01/2013, I addressed a letter to the mail room officer informing him that I would like for him to return the calculator back to the place of purchase as soon as possible. (See attached copy)

On 05/01/2013 I also addressed a letter to Penny Wise inquiring whether they have or have not received the returned calculator.

On 07/25/2013 I addressed one last letter to Penny Wise inquiring whether they have or have not received the returned product.

As to this day, 8/15/2013, I have not yet received any response from Penny Wise to my letters. Thus I address this letter to you asking you to please look into this matter and see why I have not received any response to my letters nor the refund of my check. (See attached copy)
