I am rejecting this response because: They make no mention of paying me on the interest for my funds sitting in there bank account. Nor has anyone explained the 2 week delay.

I see that we did have a resident named [redacted] who moved out 7/31/16.  I also see that his security deposit was returned in full on 9/14/16.  This is, indeed, later than the 30 days allowed by the landlord-tenant act and certainly  later than our normal practice.  I'm...

not aware of why it was delayed but I will inquire when the office reopens Monday morning.I'm guessing that [redacted] complaint to Revdex.com occurred before he received his refund from us and that it was cured by receipt of his refund.  Please advise if that is NOT the case.[redacted], thank you for following up with us;  we do try very hard to meet all our commitments to our apartment residents and to our construction customers and that is why we subscribe to Revdex.com.Sincerely,Herb M[redacted]
