we have reached out directly to [redacted] upon receiving this complaint. Our
Director of Client Relations has spoken with [redacted] a couple times regarding
her concerns and feelings about the program. We are in the...

process of trying to
move forward with [redacted]’s program in a positive direction. We want nothing
more than to make her happy again.We can
completely understand why [redacted] is upset with the program so far. We are
just as disappointed that the first two gentleman we matched her with behaved
in the manner they did. Our Director reassured [redacted] that there is no way
we would have sent these men to her if we have known they were dating someone
else exclusively. Our clients all invest in our program and attest to the fact
that they are sincere and serious about finding someone special to share their
life with. We are still baffled that these men were apparently dating through
our program while they are in relationships. We, of course, do not tolerate
this behavior and have absolutely “bonused back” these matches to [redacted]. Unfortunately,
we cannot control others’ behavior and we would sincerely hope that [redacted]
would understand this.We recently
matched [redacted] with a third gentleman whom she made contact with. It appears
that they are going to set up a date to meet soon and we have our fingers
crossed! We will be reaching out to [redacted] again on Monday to see how
everything went. [redacted] did state that she needs more time to think about
everything as well, which we understand. As we stated, we have “bonused back” [redacted]’s matches thus far, we are
hoping she will have a great date with her most recent match and we plan on
contacting her again the first of the week. We will report back when we have
any additional information regarding this situation.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Again, I prefer to have a reimbursement and hands washed of this company and process.  I do not feel that they have their 'clients' best interest mind.  The 3rd match, again, was a failure.

Stay away. I joined in November and have not had 1 date. They tell you that they have a large network of men just waiting for someone like you. I am considering getting a lawyer for misrepresentation of their services. When I contacted them they stated they just have not found the perfect person for me. I'm embarrassed to tell you how much money they got me for. Much more than $1600. I'm now financially in a very bad way.

I became a member at the beginning of January. I went on 1 date from that time to now. I spent 1600.00 dollars and I don't belive that the program is working out for me and I would like to just walk away from this and own nothing more. can you help?
