After years of making on-time payments PHFA decided that as of January 1, to randomly hit me with a late charge for no apparent reasonSo for the past weeks I have been calling to try and get this straightened out and still nobody can give me an answer as to how or why this late charges appearedCustomer service really does suck with these people

Their horrible customer service has caused me to seek out a different lender in order to handle my mortgage. Since my repeated attempts to gain access to my account information I have been lied to (not returning calls or continuously blaming IT issues), items are not mailed when specified, checks are not depositted in a timely manner, and they have been of almost no help in allowing me to gain access to my loan information/ documentation in order to refinance with another company. Their customer service representatives are rude and do not have the knowledge to navigate their own internal systems in order to provide customer service. This has caused them to charge me late fees which negatively effects mt excellent credit score

this company say they will work with you, but they give up on you if your finance changes.they tell you to get out after 17 years in property.
