Review: As well as Customer Service issues... This has been an Ongoing Problem with this Institution. Only Several Occasions, there is discrepancies with my personal account, funds, transfers, customer services dealing with said issues, as well as Odd deposits, and withdrawals with my personal account also being charged INS fees when dates Don't match up, when I Have funds In the account, I have tried Numerous times to resolve these matters and have been approached with ignorance as well not getting Any of the issues even resolved at all. I have ALSO received another persons private acct info (Same last name & Same first name letter (J)). Have had mysterious funds applied to my account then disappear.. with No explanation given when I inquire about these issues.. I have Tried SEVERAL times to speak with different management as well and Still these issue persist. I only want some Closure on these issues as it is affecting ALL of my finances in every way. Thank you for your time, I look forward to a resolution and reply. -Mr. & Mrs., [redacted].Desired Settlement: the INSF fees to be Fixed, By date of THEIR establishment stating withdrawled, when in fact is Wrong.. as well as Mysterious funds being deposited into and taken out of my personal account, Etc.
