this screen as a customer courtesy. Pennkraft has made numerous calls to our supplier about having one sent direct. At this point Pennkraft’s supplier has said it has been delivered.Pennkraft has fixed the siding and floor issues. These kind of items are often better resolved if the customers contacts their builder a few miles away instead of us hundreds of miles away.M. Francis B[redacted] President
