This consumer purchased this home. I have explained to her that she will continue to get water between the gutter and shingle and that at this time I am unable to fix the issue. I will contact her again and she what can be done. She can contact another roofing company and get their
opinion and I would be happy to refund her this charge once she submits to me an invoice of what she paid this company. I truly believe another company will support my position

Company reps came today 9/22/to fix the soffits. It only took about an hour as I thought. At this time, it looks like the repairs were made correctly but it does appear to be corrected. However, it will take some strong winds to test to see if repairs were done correctly
At this time, I request for my complaint to be closed

We've used Pennington Roofing at Home and at the Business where I work
Has always done a professional job with no problems, and clewas excellent
