While I never like to read complaints from our customers, it would appear that your anger and complaints are misplaced.
With the Purchase of your new refrigerator, an electronic ticket is generated and sent to Penn Ridge transportation to...
schedule the delivery. We do this with the assistance of our Client [redacted] telling us when your product is available and when it will be shipped to our facility for the delivery. That was done, which is why you received the automated call to advise you of your delivery “window”. Unfortunately, the process was not followed.
You purchased a refrigerator from the store. Specifically the one you saw at the store. Not one to be shipped from the distribution center. Penn Ridge does shuttle merchandise from the individual stores in Phoenix back to our warehouse to allow for our delivery service. The store however, missed placing your refrigerator on our shuttle. In an effort to assist you and not delay the delivery, the store decided to make the delivery. As they do very little deliveries each day, I can only assume that they tried to reschedule the time frame to match their work load.
Your complaint is with the Store, not Penn Ridge Transportation. If you wish you may contact the general manager at the [redacted] store [redacted] @ ###-###-####
