Penn Plax

I bought a penn plax 1200 cascade on amazon...after 3 months the motir stop..there is a 3 years warranty...they first ask for $35 .00 for replace it. Now I just received a phone call by fed ex saying that I will have to pay for.custom..and all the fees are in us.
I paid $132.00 on sale canadian money.. this your warranty...
