Penn Pizza

Review: The order I placed with penn pizza, was a delivery. I ordered at 2:10pm and my food did not arrive until 3:15pm. That was disappointment enough. When the driver pulled up I immediately realized he gave me the wrong 2 liter soda, but I didn't say anything because I know they only carry what the order says in the car. When he gave me the rest of the food I said thank you and he drove away. I came to realize that when I opened the one XL pizza box, I saw there was tomatoe on top. I asked for cheese on one pizza and also black olives on the other pizza. When I called to address this issue, he very rudely asked me, "and what do you want me to do about this?" So I told him he needs to correct my order and send it back out. He hung up on me and then I hung up.

He called back a few minutes later and told me I needed to take this up with grubhub and see what they could do. I explained that they were only the middle man giving their company more business, and he continued to tell me to contact grubhub. I told him that I wanted my pizza because I payed close to $70 for the pizza and other food that I ordered. He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me another pizza because the company couldn't afford it. So I told him that I was never ordering from his company again because they fking suck and they're fking stupid.

I just wanted to write and let you know of the rude/ignorant customer service and I hope that this can be fixed for future customers.Desired Settlement: I would like the price refunded to my credit card of one Extra Large Pizza
