I placed an order and days later still proccessing the acepted my money but have no desire to send the product in a timely mannerI will not be purchase from them at any pont in the future and ill never recommend them to any one

I have completed about a dozen transactions with Penn Metals and have had no complaintsTheir prices are extremely competitive and they deliver good looking product right when they say they willI would definitely recommend them to interested buyers

They are currently not delivering orders that have been paid for! They have also sent items to the incorrect buyers. Their web page currently indicates they are not taking orders.

I've got the package with my entire order on 4th of February and everything looks OK. The owner of Penn Metals, Mr [redacted] called me, emailed me and took his time to explain that the delay on my order and no responses for my phone calls and emails was due to unexpected increase in business and some technical difficulties which seems reasonable and honest and I accepted his apologies and appreciated his consideration.
In the end I've got everything I've payed for and had no more issues whatsoever.
It looks to me the whole misunderstanding was because of a big lack of communication in the beginning of the process.
The company honored its word and ended the deal in a fair and honest way.
For everything I recommend Penn Metals and hope to buy from this company in a near future.

I received an offer via email from Penn. The order did not arrive. I checked tracking with USPS and they say it never left Dallas. I checked my credit card and it was paid for days ago. I s/w customer service and was told it had arrived. I advised it had not at which point they immediately told me the tracking info said delivery was made. I informed the young lady I had the tracking page open and asked her why she was lying to me? She said she would get back to me and hung up. Live and learn.
