Review: Non Fulfillment of my "Free Penn Drycase Dry Bag Offer" is the issue.
On February 25, 2014 I submitted the required documents (Form, Copy of Receipts, and Personal Check for $9.95 for Shipping & Handling made payable to Penn). The form states that the "Rebate item will be mailed to qualifying customers within 6-8 weeks of the postmark date on your request." My personal check was cashed on March 31, 2014. I still have not received my bag.
On April 8, 2014 I received an e-mail giving me my rebate tracking number (#[redacted]). Was unable to connect to the link included in the e-mail to check on the status. Tried a few days later and was still unable to connect via the link so I called the number on the rebate form (###-###-####). The rep who I spoke with said that my rebate was valid and that the bag was mailed on April 10th and that it should take between 15 and 30 business days for me to receive it.
On April 23, 2014 I submitted an online request via the pennreels.com website asking for an update on my rebate status.
On May 5, 2014 I received the following response "Hate to hear you’re having an issue checking on your rebate. The direct telephone number to the rebate center is ###-###-####." Responded back by e-mail asking for an update but have never received any response to that e-mail.
On May 13, 2014 Called the ###-###-#### number - Gave her the tracking number I received on April 8th - Rep said that she will look into it why I have not received my bag yet - Was going to submit an "inquiry" into my status- Was able to see all of my previous phone calls - Confirmed my shipping address - Will try to follow up with a reissue of the bag - May take 7-10 business days to get an answer
On May 23, 2014 Called the ###-###-#### number - Gave her the tracking number I received on April 8th - Still no answer from inquiry
On May 30, 2014 Called the ###-###-#### number - Gave her the tracking number I received on April 8th - Still no answer from inquiry
On June 6, 2014 Called the ###-###-#### number - Gave her the tracking number I received on April 8th - Still no update on inquiry - Rep said she would process a request to reissue the bag - Was told that I should see the bag in around 15 days
On June 27, 2014 Called the ###-###-#### number - Gave her the tracking number I received on April 8th - Was now told that it may take another 15 days before I get it (may actually take up to 30 days to receive instead of 15 as I was told on June 6th)
They were unable to give me an USPS tracking # so I am not sure if anything was ever mailed.
The pennreels.com website now lists the following address:

Review: This sounds like the [redacted] rebate offer. The Penn offer was actually $10 for a white shirt we recommend giving [redacted] a call at ###-###-#### to check on that offer. They should definitely be able to assist you. We were able to reach out to [redacted] and take care of his concern with the rebate issue. He is receiving his Penn T-shirt as well as a discounted reel. The root of the issue appears to be a change of address which was not communicated throughout the channel. We are happy to have brought resolution to this issue for [redacted].
