Revdex.com and Former Residents, I spoke with our attorney and he advised us that according to the details of the damage and what the procuring cause of damages, that it was In fact neglect of keeping the home safe and in habitable conditionMeaning, that the ac unit being stolen ( residents failed to mention this in complaint) without proper notice to the management firm ( which cannot be determined by the tenants) and being the cause of the lack of air circulation, and humidity in the home, the mildew was caused at this time Due to pending legal mediations, anything further cannot be stated on at this time Thank you, Management
Tenant owed a pro-rated rent for September of $We did apply the $deposit towards the rent but it do not cover the full amountShe owes
