Review: Purchased a [redacted] copier/printer from Penguin Imaging

the service of the machine has been very very porr we are down more than I can say and the commuication from Prenguin is very very porr we never know what is going on. I have e-mailed documenting what has happened. We are now down again for and entire week with out the printer cpoier which we purchased in June of 2013. I am in a lease that I cannot get out of.

Our concern right now is that the machine is a lemon or that the tech did not know what they are doing. I have deen in touch with the manufacturer and they are trying to help with the provider.Desired Settlement: We wuld like a replacement of the machine and a new provider of the services or just get out of the deal completing and out of the lease

Review: I purchased an all in one Lexmark printer from this company about 5 weeks ago. I was promised 3 years of service in the price if I was to buy supplies from them such as toner. They do not answer calls, emails, or texts. I now have a $2000 printer that does not work. My business is suffering because of this. I ordered my first toners through them, they delivered half used toners and never fulfilled the order. The printer jams, and does not print properly.Desired Settlement: I would preferably like to have the service for 3 years. But I will take a refund if that is all they can offer..
