(no kidding) We talked and I explained my problem, like a doctor he said, "ok let me check it out." Let me quickly end this diatribe, within minutes [redacted] found the problem and replaced the part, check my unit inside the house, checked the temperature from the vents several timesHe also cleaned the coils on my unit, checked the Freon pressure cleaned my unitI received great timely service from the ownerI would recommend them highly
