I live in the Birmingham Hunt development in West Chester, PA. Our HOA uses Penco Management and the property manager, Steve E[redacted] fails miserably at his job. I live on the border of my development with another development and the common area is screened by trees (20 plus years old). A rather large tree in the common area that borders our development from the next one came down in the storm last June. It leaves a noticable gap in privacy between my house and the next development house. Common area trees by the bylaws belong to the HOA and will be replaced. Mr. E[redacted] (who is a VP of Penco) has ignored my multiple requests for status of replacement and won't even give me the courtesy of a reply. If this is Penco's example of a diligent property manager, I would forewarn any other development from contracting them. Mr. E[redacted]'s arrogance and total disregard for his customer is a poor reflection on Penco, but certainly a reflection of his attitude.
