Below is a copy of the email I first received from this customer. Nowhere does it tell me what she would like me to do to help her resolve her problem. I would've been happy to replace the glass but being that there is only one type of glass for this application I feared she would not be satisfied...

with that option. My response to her asked her what she would like me to do. I never received clear communication to that fact.  I understand that this customer was upset and needed resolution. I regret that she did not call me or offer to me, instead of here, what I could to do make her happy. If this customer would like to work with me I kindly ask her to call me so that we can work together to find a resolution to satisfy her. Late last fall I
bought a used wood stove and you replaced the glass in the door for me. The
glass was supposed to be tolerant to heat. Tonight, less than a year later, a
log rolled forward in the stove against the stove and the glass broke. It
didn't just crack, pieces actually fell out. Had I not been right there, my
whole house could have burned down. Now I have to go to bed wondering if hot
coals are going to fall out through the hole in my door, and I have to spend
MORE money to get the door replaced AGAIN. I am really upset. Tell us why here...
