I purchased kerosene from this company in the beginning of heating season, 186 gallons, it filled my tank. I have used the same company for 2 yrs, it was called yeaton oil. Since the season started my kerosene tank has froze 8 times. I made complaints, the only solution they could come up with was to have me pay to have fuel pumped out and buy new fuel. All at my cost. I have put in 6 different additives to stop the freezing and are still having the issue. They insist that it is not there fuel that is full of water. I now have a quarter of a tank of fuel that needs to be drained because my heat will not run when it's in the single digits.
Product_Or_Service: Kerosene heating fuel
Refund Reimbursement of fuel. Also, a high electric bill due to running a heater to thaw tank and line. Maybe warn other people of the bad fuel'.

Customer received delivery of Kerosene on 9/19/19. The first documented call we have is 12/20 and again 12/24. On 1/6/20 she had stated she put additive and thawed it out 3 times. We sent tech to resolve & check tank. The gentleman that answered the door said they had heat and no issue in a month. We found all the fittings on the tank had been sealed by the customer. 1/10 she called back and said they had another freeze up. I explained that we had not charged her for service calls but if it happens again she needs to let our tech check the tank and filter for water. I mentioned that our tech saw pipe dope on all the tank fittings and she stated that they had replaced the entire copper line to the house after the first freeze up in November (they had not called us until late December). We researched and did not have any other customers with fuel issues during the time frame that she received her delivery. Our best estimate was that there was some sort of leak on the tank which caused water to get into the fuel. We offered to drain the tank and dispose of the fuel for a cost since it would require two trucks and a technician. She called 2/24 and stated they had emptied the tank and wanted to get the minimum delivery they could. We delivered 100 gls on 2/25.
