Ms*** purchased this vehicle on 7-13-17. There were 100,miles on the Ford and it was bought as is with no warranty, with her signing the Buyers Guide showing as is no warranty. At the time of sale, we agreed to fix the drivers side heated seat at no cost.
She also declined an after market 36month/36,miles powertrain warranty. Ms*** did stop back and mentioned a surging concernI cannot remember that date. We had service look at the carThey noticed the floor mat was pushed up front towards the accelerator pedal and moved that back. No lights on the dash, and during the test drive, we did not have that concern replicate itself. We have not heard from her since, until this notice was brought to our attention today, 8-25-17.
