Customer's request was received and we are presently reviewing the policyI have requested copies of letters sent to the customer and calculation of outstanding earned premium that was paid on this fileI understand there may have been mis-communication with the Broker Once I have obtained all the information I will be in a position to respond to this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: Pembridge Insurance's response in my respectful submission is unsatisfactory to me the customer in respect that they did everything they were "required to do" to get ahold of me in way of ONE mailed letter to my last known address (my current address at the time of this occurrence) that I clearly never received.Pembridge Insurance could have sent me an email, or even attempted to get ahold of me via telephoneAll methods that they would have had knowledge & access to being my automobile insurance provider at the time or simply as the insurance broker. Further more, in respect to the comment made that they do not grant permission to debt collections to forward my information to the Credit bureauI'd like a written letter signed and emailed to me indicating exactly what they have said in their response so that I may have an official written copy of this statement and holds them somewhat accountable if I find out otherwise. I would also like to add that I hope that my rightful complaint against Pembridge Insurance through Revdex.com is reflected on their business so that other potential customers can see & know the incompetent manner in which they interact/ communicate with their broker, Presidents Choice (PC Insurance brokers) and how it can effect their customers. I am deeply disappointed in the lengths I had to seek to receive correspondence with Pembridge Insurance in order to receive a simple apology while they indicate at the same time they did their "due diligence" in attempting to contacting me regarding an outstanding balanceIt is my impression that when saying this they are blaming me the customer instead of rightfully accepting they could have done more to try and contact me even with a simple email invoice or telephone call.
