Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Here is my response: The student discount was never offeredIf we were told about it, there would be no issue producing a scheduleBut they clearly want to milk their residents for every penny, so it was never even told to us We had to pay a larger deposit in part due to the fact that my daughter was a full-time student and not employedAs far as the carpet stains, this is all a farceI think they mentioned bleach stains- maybe their cleaning staff damaged the carpets?? I never received a call from the communityThey contacted my teenager, you know the full time student?
