I ordered my windows on August 27, 2020 from the Womble Company, and my check was cashed on September 11, 2020. I received an e-mail on September 5, 2020, scheduling installation on October 14, 2020.....one month and 9 days later. I patiently waited for the installer to come today, October 14, 2020, only to be told that the installation of my windows had never even been scheduled!!!! Now I have to wait 10 MORE days for my windows to be installed. Not only has this been a very frustrating and long process, I am losing rent money and the company, after taking my full payment (that was pushed on me so I could get their "discounts"), didn't offer any type of compensation for the mistakes made on their end.

I put a 1-star rating because I couldn't put in a 0 star rating.

Sales process well handled. Financing clearly explained. Selection of type, colors well guided. Installation and clean up was professional. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. Good replacement windows are relatively expensive but the value of the windows installed by The Womble Co. seems to be very appropriate compared to other quotes/estimates I received.
