They did a great job helping us decide which windows we wanted, the salesman was very helpful and friendly. The day of installation it only took a couple hours and they cleaned up after themselves.

Dave Bonesteel in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable with our whole house window replacement. He knows the Pella product line and made some suggestions for changes we have enjoyed. The installation team headed by Chris was a pleasure to work with. It took 4 days, one of which was in hurricane(Michael) conditions. They were very easy to work with, punctual and did a great clean up. They really knew how to tackle a big project. The office in Roanoke called us several times, before and after the install to be sure everything went OK. Overall the whole install went extremely well and we were very pleased with Pella in Roanoke.

Pella installed a sliding glass and screen door, and the guys were were so pleasant. They showed up on time and completed the job in much less time than was anticipated. I would highly recommend Pella and would call them again.
