Review: I ordered from this establishment on saturday, January [redacted]. My residence is walking distance from this pizzeria. When I called over an hour and half after placing the order, I was told that the food was 'Just leaving now'. My food arrived ice cold and almost 2 hours late. I called to ask to speak to the [redacted], as I paid for this service and did not get what I requested. I was rudely brushed off by the person answering the phone and told to call back in a half hour. The person answering the phone initially refused to give me the name of their [redacted], though when pushed responded "[redacted]". I was told this "[redacted]" would be back in a half hour, and so I called back in a half hour. When I called back, the same man responded once more only now they were insulting me. I asked politely if the food could be sent back and was not only ignored but antagonised. They hung up on me as I asked to speak to the manager once more.Additionally, when I reheated and consumed the food, I have since been unwell with food poisoning. I believe the health practices of this restaurant are deeply suspicious, as is the service and conduct of the employees. If my food was not individually tampered with, there is likely a broader issue with the hygiene practices and food safety of this establishment.I called the establishment at these times:January [redacted]:8:14pm8:15pm8:18pm9:14pm9:33pm9:39pm10:31pmJanuary [redacted]: 12:41pm1:39pm2:51pmToday: 12:30pmEvery time, I was not permitted to speak to the [redacted]. In fact, I believe I was misled deliberately. The server on the phone with me was the same one every time, hence the date and times of the calls above, if that is any help in identifying them.Desired Settlement: I would like to take action against the server on the phone with me. The conduct was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering they refused to allow me to speak to [redacted] and proceeded to condescend to me. It was the same server answering my every call.I would like a full refund for my order and the tip, which amounted to $25. I would also like an apology from the [redacted] and the name of the server in question.
