Pelican Pointe Car Wash

I have been using this car wash for years without problems, but several months ago my new car was severely damaged going through the wash. I have a 2018 black Mercedes Benz E-Class and purchased a car wash on October 12,2019. Immediately upon leaving the car wash, I noticed spots covering the entire car. These spots were not present prior to the car wash and were noticable within hours after the wash. I took it back that same week to have them look at it, and I was told the spots were just excess wax and they would go away with time. It has been 3+ months, and not only are the spots still there, the stains have now etched into the paint. I have taken the car to my dealership and to a body shop, both of who are estimating it will take thousands of dollars to repair. I have reached out to the car wash to discuss this, but they have been unwilling to talk. They are claiming they are not responsible and will not discuss it further.
