I dont believe this is a real business. He is signed up as an independent contractor with Sears. Similar to other reviews he showed up diagnosed a compressor issue. Said he would order the part. It would be in after 5 days. After a week we called Sears and Antoine Collins who owns the business
He said said she (his) wife? would find out about the compressor and call back that day. His voice mail then filled up. Neither we nor Sears could reach him. Then they set an appointment, but found that the part was actually ordered 10 days after his visit. Then he no showed for another appointment. We drove over to his listed place of business. His wife drove up and said he didn’t live there (lied). We got a call 10 minutes later and he was upset because we went to his place of business (home). He seemed to not understand basic communication. Never ever use this guy. Still 3 weeks without a refridgerator
This business is contracted with Sears Appliance repair and on 7/2 I called for an issue with my freezer, which is covered under warranty. This guy (***) shows up, says he needs to order a part and will be back. He calls the day he's supposed to show up and says he has the wrong part and needs to reorder. He never calls back to reschedule an appointment,so I call him. I asked him when the appointment would be, and all he would say over and over again is "I placed the order" and then hung up on me. I get an email the next day with an appointment date of 7/27, but he never showed up. I have tried to contact him several times with no response.
