Never again will I work with Peler Industries or, as they were formerly known, M&A GeeksThey still call every couple of weeks and tell me that I've paid for lifetime coverage and they want me to be sure we're not in troubleI tell them each time not to call me again, that I never want to work with them again, that they are liars and cheats, to take me off of their listI can't even block their calls because they call from a different number every time
They called again minutes ago and told me that they have to speak to me because I owe them $That is both absurd and a lieI have not agreed to any dealings with them in a year and a halfI regret ever having called them and am furious when I think we could have replaced all computers for less than I've already given them
I'm writing to tell you that B- is way to high a rating for this company

A *** search for *** *** Support led to Peler Tech LLC (apparently also known as *** Tech LLC and *** Tech LLC) What I found suggested they were part of ***, so I called them When my husband talked to them, they implied they were from *** He thought he was transferred to a company recommended by *** - instead he was still with the fraudulently advertised Peler Tech, who convinced him we had a worm (no prior problems with credit cards or bank accounts) and they could clean all our computers for $then give us lifetime support for $+ in addition They had control of our network for about four hoursWe subsequently discovered that they had looked at an income tax report, (Found it on my desktop, which is not where it had been located) My son said our computers were "all messed up" afterward We have since changed ip address and network id, passwords to bank accounts, got new credit card numbers My current concern is that they know our social security
I started using Peler Tech this year and so far have had nothing but a positive experience. I just upgraded from windows 7 to win 10 and something went crazy, my desktop started flashing and I couldn't open any programs. I managed to get to Peler Tech and gave remote access to the tech. It took him maybe ten minutes of checking this and that and in the end he had it running. The tech from Peler Tech was more than patient with me and stayed with it until the resolved was problem. Thank You Peler Tech.
The technicians are very helpful and always fixed my problems when I needed, I would recommend them to everyone and it's nice to have you guys as a guardian to my computer..
I have been with Peler Tech from about 4 or 5 months. Personally speaking I am very satisfied with the service that I am getting. I am a person who is not interested in knowing technical things but need support when the things go wrong. It's nice to be able to call and get great support, with no hassle. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. The service is reasonably priced. Great customer service & above all you can trust them.
On June 10, 2016, pop-up with a loud alarm appeared on my computer advising me that I had a security breach and was about to lose data unless I dialed a number provided. I dialed and was transferred to a couple of very smooth operators who requested my password and proceeded to remote access where they ran a series of "tests" in order to show me a serious "foreign" virus called "Clampi". They threw up a definition page for it and said $499 would remove it and another $350 would guarantee security protection for my computer for "life". I actually wrote a check for $849 and sent it to their Germantown, Maryland address at 14000 Falconcrest Road, 20874. This company arranged for a Fed Ex truck to pick up my check in less than an hour, I then went to the Revdex.com website where I read numerous customer complaints about this company which is actually based in India and goes by many different names such as Geek Tech LLC.. I immediately stopped my check and closed the bank account. Peler Tech tried twice to cash my check even with a fraud flag on it. I have a lengthy invoice from them which I will submit to the Delaware Attorney General's office along with a formal complaint like I have already placed with the Federal Trade Commission and Fed Ex. I had my computer serviced and protected from malware at B[redacted]. I have a master's degree in education but these individuals almost swindled me out of $849. Please warn consumers about these off-shore remote access computer service companies who prey on vulnerable seniors. I dodged a bullet with this one. I want other unsuspecting consumers to be protected as well.
On several occasions, Pelertech technicians have fixed my computer problems, roku and garmin from the convenience of my home. With the click of an icon, I am connected with them online in minuets. The technicians are always polite and informative as well and the best part is I dont have to worry about the data as they know my computer really well. I would recommend Peler Tech to all if they stay in the remote areas like me.
The representative that I communicated with was polite and considerate of my needs. Being a disabled senior citizen my computer is basically my only outlet to the outside world and when it becomes dysfunctional I become extremely upset and frustrated. Their genuine concern for my pladicament was very heartwarming. They stayed on task and never missed a beat. They were very efficient and did the work expertly.
I contacted ***.com because my *** e reader had frozen I ended up at website that charged me $ *** information is free I am requesting a refund of $
